Cross Fit #5

Crossfit games event #5:

  • Row 50 cal

  • 40 wall balls

  • 30 knees to elbows

  • 20 snatches

  • 10 overhead squats

This WOD was enjoyable. Although I didn’t finish in the time to give me the #1 … which sucks. I was up against Jeret, in the 50 cal row i ended up beating him by about 5 cals which i didn't understand, i thought i was going to be chasing him. After moving on to the wall balls these didn't prove to be too difficult. then on to the last 3 sets it was smooth and easy. Seeing how i got beat the next day by Chloe sucks because i know i could have gone quicker but didn't because i had such a lead. This was a great end to my cross fit adventure!
