Clean and squat ladder:

  • 20 box jumps

  • Clean and squat ladder (65,85,105,125,145,165,185)

​I was really hoping to get 165 while i was thinking to myself. Up to 145 was really easy and i went fast. then 165 came and i tried the first time and failed, but on my second attempt i just got it. i was the first person to get past this mark, which made me pretty happy with myself. Knowing i wasn't going to get it i tried 185. I've never done a weight that high but i attempted anyway. Failing this probably caused me to waste 5-10 seconds, this is why i lost to jeret by 1 DEADLIFT, ended this challenge at 2nd again.
