Crossfit games day 1: 10 AMRAP

  • 10 deadlift (95)

  • 10 hand release push-ups

Rounds completed: 11 rounds 5 dead lifts (BUT PLACE 6TH CAUSE BAD COUNTING)

Anyway, aside from the bad counting i really enjoyed this workout. Sure it was really challenging but this workout, i pushed harder than expected. Everyone in my heat was much slower than me but i somehow finished under. I really enjoyed this and i pushed out the dead lifts, After the first round of cross fit games, i was a respectful 6th place (although #1)
