  1. 10 DB snatches | overhead press hold (95lbs)

  2. Row 10 calories| dead lift hold (225lbs)

  3. 10 hallow rocks |pull up hold

  4. 10 push-ups | handstand hold

Total: 407

I was partnered with Max this WOD, I always love being with him because we always seem to push ourselves more than what we normally could do. And we always have a good time, laughing at each other. Personally I believe the snatches and overhead hold were the easiest to do, although it did get very fatiguing in the end. The Overhead press was just difficult in the end to keep balance. I was afraid I was going to drop in behind my back. We did the most Snatches out of all the other stations.

The most difficult one for Max and I was definitely the Dead-Lift and Row. As Hard as i tried i could not get any higher than 10 calories, and the same problem occurred with max. The weight of the dead lift bar just got so heavy because you were holding it for so long,

The push ups and Handstand press were a mix of different difficulty for us because we decided that every single round we would do the handstand on the wall instead of the scaled version. The push ups were easy though.

And lastly we had the pull up hold and hollow rocks, these were difficult to hold yourself in the hold for so long waiting for your partner to finish his rocks.

I think that all of the Static Workouts required a lot of balance and a lot of stamina. It caused a lot more pain because your muscles were always working. The Dynamic Work was more about the fast twitch and explosive work which in the end i think was the easier skill. This was a fun Workout, and I had Fun with Max.
