WOD: Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes:
3 Pull-ups
3 Hang snatch
6 Pull-ups
6 Hang snatch
9 Pull-ups
9 Hang snatch
round 18 failed on the snatches
This was a super intimidating workout..after i started. At the beginning while i was talking to other students, i would assume i would hit at least 21, but this was not the case. as soon as i got to 9 i realized that i went too fast. I struggled but pushed because i wanted to hit 21, The pull ups weren't that bad but the snatches killed me. I pushed myself as hard as i could but i could go any further. This was defiantly a puke warning, but didn't actually happen. Just another day as a cross fit weakling.
