WOD : Row 2000m for time

This wasn't a fun workout. I hate rowing. Although I do know that this is one of the best workouts that you could do, it destroys my forearms and shoulders. Constant stops and taking breaks resulted in an okay time, I don't remember my time (I forgot to record most of my times), but I know it wasn't that bad. After this workout my forearms would just hang and I had a very intense numb and throbbing pain. Oh well it was a workout and i still like getting fit, so its all in good fun.
