WOD: Complete 6 rounds for reps:

30 secs Toes to Bar

30 secs rest

30 secs Dips

30 secs rest

30 secs Deadlift (bodyweight)

30 secs rest

30 secs Handstand push-ups

This was a very fun and challenging workout, good to have the rest. I don't remember the total that i completed, but I believe it was around 380-390. The most challenging was defiantly the handstand push ups I averaged about 8 every round, which was much lower than all of my others.

I really enjoyed this, because we got to see everyone else, I made sure to watch people that were competing with me, and i made sure i did more reps. This was defiantly one of my favorite workouts!
