WOD: 15 Minute AMRAP:
1 Handstand Box Walk
5 Burpees
10 Barbell Upright Rows (45)
15 Jumping Chest to Bar Pullups
7 rounds completed
This was an exhausting WOD today. I went into it think it would be easy, as I did some jumping chest bar pull ups before hand. They were quite simple. but going into it at round 4 i was gassed. I really had to push out my final 3 rounds, I do enjoy the way i feel after these tough workouts. i feel tight and sore, but at least i know it is working.
