Sit Ups

These WOD always kill me, because I seem to push really hard right out of the gate and end up dying only to see Logan finish before me. But this time as much as i saw Logan going ahead and going faster than me I stayed at a fast pace, but not one that i would burnout at, and surprisingly it worked I didn't break once, where Logan took multiple. I Piked up the pace for 20 and 10 and finished well before everybody else. This took a very long time for me to understand, but realizing that pacing yourself is just as important in workouts, as it is for running. I think I should do a lot better for the WODs that take a lot of time in the future.
