Skill: Push Jerks & Power Cleans

WOD: Max’s Birthday Surprise

Complete for time:

Synchronized snatch (115lbs)

burpee box jumps

60 Pull-ups

Who better to do Max's birthday workout with, than the man himself! This was a very Difficult workout and we decided that we were going to go heavier than what we needed to do. This was a much longer workout than i presumed and you really had to work with your partner to keep it all synchronized. We did really well pumping each other up and telling each other its only one more kinda thing. I think it made us go much faster, and i didn't want to lose so i pushed the kid. This was a difficult workout and the most challenging was the set of 9 because we pushed ourselves really hard for the first 36 and we were gassed by the time we got to the end, but as soon as we finished we had to go into the 60 pull ups, although i did about 40/60 i think we both tried really hard and this was a fun work out. I may still be mad at him for making it so hard, haha.
