This was defiantly an endurance WOD. It was all about the non-stop during the whole workout. This WOD I had Chloe and Logan beside me, I decided to set the pace and go really fast. Logan stayed with me, while Chloe took a completely different approach, which in the end allowed her to be faster than me and Logan. This is because we took breaks and she continued the whole time. I continuously say its about finding your pace and i still haven't really been able to find mine without stopping, as Chloe is really good at finding a good speed.
Through all the stops and painful jumps i think i would want to do this WOD again.
