WOD: complete for time

  • 21 ring dips

  • 21 box jumps

  • 15 ring dips

  • 15 box jumps

  • 9 ring dips

  • 9 box jumps

Max Logan and I went in the same heat, We all agreed that for our ring dips, instead of changing them in anyway or doing jumping dips, we went full strict ring dip, we find that doing exactly what the wod wants you to do will have a better benefit than what is easier.

First round went by smoothly, I didn't stop once for any of the dips which i was happy about. I moved on to box jumps completing with ease. second round it was a different story once i got up to 10 reps my arms would not lock out, but i kept going to i finished. Moving on to the box jumps i probably ate the box 4 times out of the 15. The final round went by quickly although it was difficult to keep doing strict dips. I was pretty happy with my WOD, although I wanted sub 3 minutes.
