WOD: fight gone bad

3 rounds of

  • Wall balls

  • Sumo deadlift high pulls(95lbs)

  • Box jump

  • Push press

  • Row for calories

Do each station for 1 minute, after a full round rest for one minute before next round

Completed: 294 reps

This was a pretty intense workout. I thought it would be easier, because 1 minute doesn't seem like much. Wow I was wrong, this WOD was really difficult to keep a steady pace. I'm finding that the "easier" looking WOD are still quite difficult and sometimes even more difficult than the 'harder' looking WODs

I forgot to keep a record of all of my reps in each round, but i am certain that they did total 294. My first round was by far the best, I was able to crush out a lot of reps. but by the end of it I was fatigued. I did try to focus a lot on form and doing the movement the right way, so i can get better and eventually faster than the people who do poor form and don't try to get better. I did this especially with push-press. I wanted to makes sure that I was extending fully and getting the full range of movement.

This WOD was challenging and I enjoyed it a lot.
