WOD: 10 min AMRAP

Hold on to the bar for as long as possible, when you drop, run two laps of cafeteria and do 15 push-ups.

This was a really tough workout. I figured I would have to forget about pain and just hold on until my hands stopped working. which is what I did. Literally the times I fell off was because my hands wouldn't hold on anymore. I tried to hold on as much as I could. I found out Too late that the closer bars were much easier to hold onto than the normal chin up bar. this affected my last few attempts, and got me to hold it for quite a while longer.

aside form the insane pain, i really enjoyed this WOD and I think i can improve alot.
