WOD: team WOD

  • 1 min of toes to bar, burpees, air squats

This was a really fun WOD. Chloe, Logan and I were a team. I think we work the best together because we know what each of us bring to the table and what we kinda struggle with. Going into this I was very confident we were going to be the team to stop.

Toes to bar for the first round i was only able to get like 4-5 but by the second round i was able to get the momentum and kipping down and was able to do lots.

The burpees weren't a problem, we decided we would all do 5 and rest, and that's what we did. We never stopped or struggled because we had a good game plan. We did the same thing for air squats, but with sets of 10.

I think we did so well because we understand each other and the communication was key. Fun Wod, i want to work with those 2 again.
