WOD: GRACE

  • 30 clean and jerks (135– scaled to 115lbs)

Completed in: 3:30

This was one of my favorite WOD. I really like the clean and Jerk and this was a time to really improve on form and overall just get better. Although the Cross fit guy did it in under 1:30 I was really thrilled with my 3:30 time. I completely over estimated this WOD because I was aiming for under 6, which was quite far off my actual time. I found Dropping the bar instead of following it all the way down, was a much better option, because you get a little rest, and you don't have a risk of hurting your back. Overall enjoyed this WOD very much.
