WOD: 10min AMRAP

  • 10 dB push press (25lbs)

  • 10 renegade roes

  • 10 deficit push-ups

  • 3 weighted burpees

Completed 6 rounds and 3 push press

This WOD really was awful. I had a really hard time pushing myself to keep going. The problem today was that i started way to strong. and I didn't 'bounce' on the push press reps, which really screwed up my muscles for the rest of the WOD. after the second round it was just hell. I had to stop many times and just rest. By the last min i was at 5 rounds, so i promised myself I was going to get at least 6 rounds. so for the last minute i ignored the pain and did all that I could. and i ended up achieving my goal. (barely). I really didn't enjoy this WOD and hope we don't do it again.
