So this WOD for me was the most challenging. By far. I started off well for me, I went hard was first back around the building, and i promised myself that I would do every single muscle up. So I got in and I did the 5 muscle ups (very hard) but then i moved on to the lunges, they were pretty easy at this point. I was first out of the building, but this is where it began to go downhill. I started getting extremely tired and fatigued, the medicine ball was just awkward and I had to use really strange muscles and different holds. After the struggle I pushed myself and got back to the school, I got back into the school and did the muscle ups 2, then 1, 1. They were hard but Iknew if i did them i would get much much better. Then the lunges, easy did them all quickly and tried to keep up with Chloe. As soon as I started running with the 35 plate i knew this was going to really suck. It did, I told her to just go without me and i had to tackle this by myself. through lots of rest and walking i was able to finish finally, I got into the weight room and had to tackle a completely new problem, the muscle ups. I did the first and second, but failed 2 times on the last one. I had to sit down and rest for 5 seconds, I started onto the lunges and i could barely hold the DB above my head, but i pushed through and got it done.
I would like to try this again because I feel like it was just a bad day. but I hope we do it again. The only plus to this workout is that i got much better at muscle ups.
