WOD: 20 minute AMRAP 1 deadlift (80% of 1 Rep max) 1 20m sprint

I really enjoyed this WOD today. My partner max was there to help motivate me and I was there to motivate him, so we pushed ourselves further than we could have alone. Our goal at the beginning was to hit 100 reps, we did that and we're able to hit 8 more reps out.

We both decided to go for 260lbs, but quickly changed it because we knew that it would be too much for the amount of reps we were doing, so we brought it down to 230lbs. It stayed there the whole time and was a little easier that what I wanted but that's fine because we got a lot of reps out. I didn't really struggle at all on their WOD. I was going at the pace of my partner. I really enjoyed this WOD, because you were did a very high volume of weight and also ran quite a lot, although it didn't feel as difficult.
