WOD:9 minute AMRAP 25 kettle bells swings (35lbs) 6 cleans (115 lbs) Rounds completed: 5 rounds, 5 kettlebell swings
This was a real challenge for me. I started off really strong easily pumping out the swings and the cleans. Quickly running out of gas, I was able to do every set of cleans straight without breaks, but the kettlebells killed me. They was stress on my back and I couldn't get over the mental part of the workout. This isn't one of my favorite workouts even though I do enjoy cleans, kettlebell swings are not one of my favorite things to do. I was happy for it to be over for this workout.
