WOD: complete for time 100 double unders (300 singles) 50 ring rows 50 push ups 100 double unders (300 singles)  

Time completed: 7:54

This was quite a difficult workout. It seems easy, but was a lot more tiring than expected. Started off well with the 100 skips. I moved into the ring rows I was able to crush out 30, everything else was done in sets of 5. It was extremely tiring and I didn't understand why. Moving on to the next one which was push ups, I did this fairly quick doing 25, then 10 then my last 5. This was tiring until I got to the skipping. My muscles were so tired I didn't feel my arms as I was skipping. I didn't go nearly as fast as I wanted, but I was able to keep it under 8 mins, which was my goal. Fun and challenging workout today.
