WOD: complete for time 100 dB thrusters (25lbs) 2 burpees every minute on the minute Completed in: 5:13

I'm gunna start off my saying THIS WAS SO DIFFICULT! I was not expecting this at all! I was talking to Logan and I had the idea that I was going to go under 4 minutes. That was not the case at all. This was extremely harder than I thought. The first 30 reps were easy, then you just start to feel your forearms and your shoulders giving out. It was truly a challenge of mind of pain, and I was not doing well. I had to do sets of 3 and 4. Until I finished. This was really hard and showed me that I need somepre shoulder strength. Also I need to push myself harder so I can achieve what my goal is.
