WOD: AMRAP 10 mins
- Farmer's walk 2 laps of cafe (40lbs)
-10 Deficit push ups
-Waiter walk 2 laps of cafe alternate arms (20lbs)
-10 Hollow Rocks
I was able to finish 5 Full rounds, and my farmer's walk in the 6th round.
This was a difficult workout today, it was very isolating on the forearms. I came out strong for the first 3 rounds, but began to break down on the 4th and 5th. although i had a big enough lead that it didn't really matter. I pushed myself to finish in the end and feel like these workouts are finally making a difference.
