WOD: complete for time

  • 60 single legged squats

  • 50 wall balls

  • 40 box jumps

  • 30 deadlifts

  • 20 powercleans

  • 10 front squats

Not 100% sure time of completion. Somewhere around 11:30-11:45

This was an exceptionally difficult WOD. Although I did struggle I kept a steady pace throughout the whole workout. I began to get very tired at the end of the power cleans and had to do them in 4 sets of 5. The last set of Front squats were the most challenging, having top stop once and take a break.

I finally was able to finish. This WOD was one of the most difficult, but also one of the most fun.
