1) The level of success you have while completing tasks that included some of the 10 recognized general fitness skills. Not only is fitness measured in your ability to do the tasks but the improvements you make while training & practicing the skills.

2) no matter what you are faced with. Success is measured in ones ability to adapt to the task at hand and complete it in the most efficient way possible.

3) Providing equal attention to all three metabolic pathways. By paying attention to each of the pathways will help with cardio and physical strength and finally ultimately your ability to compete a task.

2- Practice: Is about activities that create changes and creates improvements in coordination, agility, power, balance, and accuracy.

Training: Is activities that change the body that improve performance. Seen in endurance, stamina, strength, or flexibility.

3- Cross Fit's overall definition of fitness is: Constantly striving to accomplish new goals, and create new standards for yourself. This is done by the working on all different aspects of fitness, whether that is cardio, strength, flexibility or coordination. Workouts constantly change in order to increase your ability to accomplish any task. Cross Fit isn't about finishing the fastest. But doing the best you can possibly do.
