WOD: complete 3 rounds for time
Run 400m
20 pull ups
Finished in 7:10
This was my favorite type of workout, I am fast, and also good at body weight stuff. So this is right up my alley. Took an early lead and stayed in front the whole time. Nothing was too challenging, although on my last 20 Pull Ups I had to do it in 2 sets of 10.
All in all, one of my favorite worjouts by far.
