Today we did or 1 rep maxes in

-Bench

-Back squat

-Shoulder press

-Bent-over row

-Dead lift

In Bench I was feeling good I was able to push 195, failed 205 but I feel like I could have hit 200, but didn't have the time.

In Back Squat I was easily able to hit 285. I didn't go any higher although I feel like I could have because my previous best was 325.

In Shoulder Press I was able to hit 125. this was a challenge and I am happy I hit that.

In Bent-Over Row I hit 185, this was the first time doing this so I am impressed with what I did.

In Dead Lift I was able to hit 335. I feel like with practice and better form i will be able to get this lift way higher.

This day was fun, looking forward to the 5x5 Strong lifts program.
