WOD: partner WOD

One partner:

  • 0-2:00 hand release push-ups

  • 2:00-4:00 rest

  • 4:00-6:00 single skips

  • 6:00-8:00 rest

  • 8:00-10:00 1 Rep max

Other partner:

  • 10:00-12:00 1 Rep max

  • 12:00-14:00 rest

  • 14:00-16:00 single skips

  • 16:00-18:00 rest

  • 18:00-20:00 hand release push-ups

I found this to be our best team workout, although we did not finish first, we were up against someone who could squat 405. Logan did a great job with the push-ups and pressed out 71. Then moving on to skipping he struggled for some reason he was only able to crank out 222, this was odd because he is a good skipper. moving on to squats he did a really good job he ended up getting 225 this was better than his pb and it set us off in a good lead. I didn't realize that right after they finish there 2 minutes, i was supposed to start, so I only ended up having 1:00 minute for the squat, and I only had 1 attempt at 305. If I was to have more time I believe I would have got it. Moving on to the skipping, I surprised myself. I was able to Push out 333 in 2 minutes which was the best in the class. Finally the push ups. These were challenging because they were the last thing we had to do. I was able to get 61. In the end Logan and I, had a total of 1186, which put us in 2nd.
