WOD: team challenge #1 10 min AMRAP

  • 3 synchronized burpee box step overs

  • 3 deadlifts (105lbs)

  • 6 synchro bbso

  • 6 deadlifts

  • 9 synchro bbso

Pattern continues for 10 minutes

Total Reps 140

This was a fun task today. Me and Logan who was my partner got to go last, so we were able to see how everybody did. we went out of the gates really fast, and died down quite fast.I was not able to push myself as much I wanted to.I feel like I let my partner down, I struggled on the burpees quite a lot. This was still a fun workout.
