WOD 3 sets of 15 mins EMOTM

- 15 wieghted ring dips (15lbs)

- 15 power snatches (95lbs)

- 3x15 leg press (270)

I started with the wieghted ring dips, these were easy for the most part. I was getting rope burn, and the last 3 were very difficult to finish.

Next I did the power cleans, these were the easiest and I didn't stuggle at all. I did hurt my back a bit and bugged me for the rest of the cleans. 

Finally I moved onto the leg press. This was the easiest by far so I did sets of 3 reps, and it felt good. 

Today was fun and my body had a good rest.
