WOD. descending ladder

-10 sumo-deadlifts/10 burpees

All the way down to

-1 sumo-deadlift/1 burpee

Finished in 5:31

Today was difficult, i think it was hard because the no breaks and constantly working. I was able to finish quicker because I didn't have the room the do the bar facing burpees and I did the sideways instead of vertically. 

I was happy with this time and I pushed myself hard. I want to do this WOD again so I can see how much more difficult the bar facing burpees mad the workout.
