WOD. with a partner

-15 deadlift (95lbs)

-12 powerclean (95lbs)

-9 hang power cleans (95lbs)

-6 push press (95lbs) 

9:30, did with Caden

Caden and I did a good job today. We pushed out the first set really quick and all the others pretty quick. I feel like my cardiovascular and and strength is getting better. I feel like these are getting easier as the year is going on. I had fun with little breaks and we had a good time.
