WOD:

-800m run

-25 muscle snatches (95lbs)

-25 power cleans (95lbs)

-25 push press (95lbs)

-800m run

Finished in 9:30

Today this WOD was very difficult. Start at the run I was 2nd inside the room, after Logan. I started very quickly on the muscle snatches. I pushed out 15 quick, rested and crushed out another 10. The power cleans started to hurt my wrist and I was getting fatigued. I finished the power cleans and moved on to push press. The push press was by far the most difficult part. I split them up into 5. After I finished the run was difficult and my throat was dry. I pushed myself pretty hard in the end. At the end I finished my run in 9:30 but looking to get under 9 if we are to do this again.
