WOD: Death by KB swings
Every minute, increase total swings by what minute you are on.
10 Swings - 10:00 minutes
15 Swings - 15:00 minutes
25 Swings - 25:00 minutes
and so on,m until you cannot complete the certain reps in the specified minute.
Today the WOD was quite difficult for me, my body was fully exhausted. We had the choice for out weight of Kb and i chose 35lbs. I haven't practiced this workout many times. out of the gate I was not saving any energy, because it was so easy. As the reps began to get higher than 15 they began to make me tired. I decided to use my legs for more power and focus on using my whole body, instead of isolating a few muscles that were very tired. As i got the the 21 minute mark, i began to second guess myself and said 21 is good. I decided to push until i couldn't get past the 24 minute mark. this is where I was quite angry at myself, i feel like i should have pushed harder and i could have done better. This was still quite a fun workout.
