WOD: EMOTM for 24 minutes alternate
1 Dead-lifts (265lbs)
25 Double Under (Modified to 60 singles)
10 Med Ball Curls
I did not find this workout very difficult, and worked through it with ease.
The Dead-lifts I did fairly easily as it was only one rep. I didn't struggle with this weight at all. and it was fun.
The 60 singles I didn't find particularly difficult either. Most rounds I was able to do at least 40 and finish the 20
The med ball curls were difficult to get the hang of but once I started focusing on my form and really starting to 'shrug' my shoulders I realized It was to get the form correct and not to finish as fast as I can.
This WOD wasn't as physically demanding as others. When you completed a movement you had around 20-30 seconds of rest to catch your breath and continue on.
