Today we did kipping as our skill, this was a good warm-up/skill personally for me cause I always wanted to be able to kip. This was a great feeling cause I finally got it and was able to master it almost. And I used it well in our WOD

WOD: AMRAP 12 mins

- 5 Pull ups

- 10 Push ups

- 15 Air Squats

Finished 15 and a half rounds

This was a really good WOD. It was lots of reps when it didn't seem like a lot. I did 80 pull ups, 150+ push ups and 175 air squats. If this was a workout to finish this many In 12 minutes it would have seemed like an almost impossible task.

I fell good for the first 5 rounds, crushed then all out really fast, without any breaks. But as I got to the higher rounds my muscles began to fatigue and it became hard.

Me and Logan went at it again in the final 2 rounds with about 1:30 left. I was ahead by a half a round but he caught up to me. We went hard till the last second and we pushed each other . I ended up getting the exact same amount of reps and rounds as Logan. I love being in the class with him because he pushes me to try harder and I push him harder as well.
