Today was a good workout. It tested my physical ability as well as my mental strength. We started off with 2 pressing skills. Which was shoulder press and bench press. I went up to 115lbs for shoulder press and 185lbs for bench press. I have dropped my bench press weight since my last year's fit for life class. Last year I was able to press 195lbs. 

Onto the WOD: Finish for time (complete 3 times)

- Lap Around School 540m

- 15 Wall Balls 15lbs 10'

- 25 Box Jumps 20"

We got to decide what skill we wanted to start on. I decide to start with the wall ball because I figured it would be the most demanding on all of my muscles. So I crushed those out really quick and went onto the run. I was alone at the time trying to make up time to make sure I get a good space of time where I'm in front of people. I get back after my first run and I look at my time it reads around 2 minutes. This was good and I crushed out the box jumps really quick. I know I was doing well because I cought up to the people that started the run. I kept up my time and got into the lead. It was a struggle to keep going because of the heat and long runs. I got inside with only a bit of time to get sub 10 mins so I rushed over and did my last box jumps. I finished and looked at the time just as it hit 10:00. I was proud of my time and didn't feel like puking after so that was a plus.
