We started the day with the skill of 'Overhead Squat' This was difficult to do because you needed to keep your back and core very tight to be able to do the Squat. It was a good skill and I am looking forward to increasing my mobility and weight.

WOD: EMOTM 26 minutes

- 1 Snatch

- 20 Hollow Rocks

This was probably the easiest workout so far. We alteranted each skill once a minute. The hollow rocks were much harder which took around 30 seconds of each turn, as the snatches only took a few seconds. Today was a nice break day and it gives ny body time to rejuvenate.
