Alright, so my wolf pack consisted of Logan, Caden, and I. I must say we smashed the WOD together today. We did the workout with what we thought was the hardest first and worked our way down. We started with the 150 thrusters. These were very hard, by my 30th rep I was Struggling to get more than 10. after we finished the thrusters we moved on to our 300 push-ups. These were very difficult after completing around 60 to maintain a good form and do more than 5. After the push-ups we moved onto our 75 knees to elbows. These were easy to complete, after i got the right momentum I was able to finish all of mine very fast. We quickly moved onto our sit-ups which were a nice break from all the upper body stuff. we cracked these out easily but time consuming. our final 2 we were pretty hyped up, I finally learned how to kip with my pull-ups which helped tremendously. As we got to our last 150 reps of The hang power-cleans my body got an extra bit of energy and I was able to do a lot more than I thought I would have been. We finished our Workout on a happy note, and feeling good. Myself and Logan decided to help a fellow group out due to a lacking teammate forgetting that he had to workout!

At the end of the day, I believe that this workout was really about pushing your teammates and friends to do as best as they could and they also pushed you. It was about working together and finding what is everyone's strengths and weaknesses. I found this workout to not be as difficult as the others because of the numerous breaks. although at 8:30 pm my muscles are feeling fatigue and have built up a lot of lactic acid because it was a difficult workout with heavier than normal workouts. I enjoyed this WOD today.
