Today, i felt good. I was ready for what was next. to begin the day we started off with a warm up of 3 sets of

-10 Good Mornings (45lbs)

-10 Sec. hang

-10 Back Extensions

After we finished our warm up, we moved into some dead lifts. I started off quite light because i haven't done any dead lifts recently. I did the following

-135 for 5

-185 for 5

-225 for 3

-275 for 3

-300 for 1

-320 for 1

I Finished my dead lifts and was feeling great! so moving onto the WOD, Today it was an AMRAP in 10 mins.

-150m run

-10 KB swings

-10 Burpees

Honestly, i looked at today being weaker than my previous 2.. the WOD just didn't seem to be a very difficult workout. i started off strong keeping a great pace. around my 4th round I began to feel a little fatigue. I was struggling most on the kettle bell swings which was weird. but I was happy with my end result. although as I got to my 6th round I began to feel tired, and realized that this workout was not easier than the other days. I began slowing down on my run, and the burpees were proving to be quite difficult to keep up a fast pace. As I looked at the clock seeing only 3 minutes left I decided I would ignore the pain and push a little bit harder. Finished with a great feeling of giving it my all!

In the end I finished 7 full rounds, plus my run for the 8th set. So I completed this WOD with a pace of 1.21. Overall I am quite happy with this day, but always look back and see that there were very many things i could have fixed, to speed up my time. So if we do this workout again, I am Striving to get at least 8 full rounds in before the timer hits 0.00. Another successful day!
