The Beginning

Hey guys,
It was my first day doing cross fit ever. I gotta say, having people tell you it is hard and watching it just doesn't quite translate into how hard it actually was. I thought I was gonna die, and then when I finished the WOD I really thought I was dying, but I am still alive so I'll be back at it.
For our first WOD we did (as a base test);
- 500m Row
- 40 Air Squats
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 20 Push-Ups
- 10 Pull-Ups
I completed this workout in 4:55, although I am looking to improve this exponentially.
Because this was my first day, and my first blog post, I decided i should set some goals; personally I would call myself fit, although i would like to increase my core strength quite a bit. and also get rid of some of that excess body fat.
This was a tough day, but also extremely exciting to look and see what is to come. I am looking forward to what is next.
